Motion Memoirs provides professional video memorial creation services, including but not limited to: video editing, photo compilation, music selection, and digital delivery of final products.
Payment is required immediately upon ordering. Work on your video memorial cannot and will not commence until full payment has been received and cleared.
We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. All prices are in the currency specified on our website.
All orders are non-refundable once payment has been made and work has commenced.This includes but is not limited to initial consultation, review of materials provided, and commencement of video editing work. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun.
You are responsible for providing high-quality photos, videos, and any other materials required for your video memorial. By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to use all content provided.
We cannot process images that contain any kind of nudity. Any materials submitted that contain inappropriate content will not be included in the final product.
We are not able to use certain pieces of music or songs due to licensing restrictions.We will work with you to select appropriate, licensed music for your video memorial. If you request specific music that we cannot legally use, we will suggest suitable alternatives.
Motion Memoirs may use completed video memorials on our website and social media channels for promotional and marketing purposes. This helps us showcase our work and assist other families in their decision-making process.
If you wish to opt out of having your video memorial used for promotional purposes, please contact us via email at info@motionmemoirs.com before or immediately after placing your order.
Digital delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and current workload. We will communicate expected delivery dates and keep you informed of progress throughout the creation process.
Upon completion, your video memorial will be uploaded to Google Drive or a similar secure cloud storage platform. You will receive a download link to access and save your completed video memorial.
The number of revisions included with your package is specified at the time of purchase. Additional revisions beyond those included may incur extra charges.
Upon full payment and completion of your video memorial, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the final product for personal, non-commercial purposes. Motion Memoirs retains the copyright to the creative elements and compilation of the video memorial.
Motion Memoirs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
